About Us

The Office of Wellness and Prevention provides health and wellness education & resources to the FSU community & encourages students to see the connection between their lifestyle choices & their successes. The Office of Wellness and Prevention is also home to the S.E.A.L.S. (Support, Education, Action, Leadership, Strength) Peer Health Education program. S.E.A.L.S. Peer Health Educators are paid student leaders trained to provide the FSU community with interactive, inclusive, educational programs focused on health and wellness topics.
